• Account information: name, email address, and password
• Professional information: BACB certification number, credentials
• Payment information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data: courses purchased, quiz attempts, and completion status
• Provider content: videos, headshots, CVs, and signatures submitted by providers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process course purchases and issue certificates of completion
• Verify provider credentials and manage CEU submissions
• Communicate with you about your account and purchases
• Comply with BACB ACE Provider requirements

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Vimeo — for video hosting

Providers can see the names, emails, and BACB numbers of learners who purchased their CEUs, for the purpose of maintaining ACE Provider records.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and completion records for as long as your account is active. Certificate records may be retained longer to support BACB compliance requirements.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@ceulab.com. Note that deletion of certain records may affect your certificate history.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, secure authentication, and HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
