It's per submission. You get up to 2 free revisions if your listing is rejected. No additional fee to resubmit within that limit.
No. Listing fees are non-refundable regardless of review outcome. Providers are responsible for ensuring their course meets ACE/BACB provider requirements before submitting.
Revenue is processed through Stripe. Your 70% share is tracked in your dashboard. Payouts follow standard Stripe payout schedules based on your connected account settings.
Not necessarily. If you're already ACE-approved, you list under your own number. If not, you can still submit. If your course meets BACB content requirements, we'll review it and CEULab can serve as the ACE provider for eligible courses.
CEULab supports BACB-aligned CEU hours (general, ethics, supervision) and PDUs. You select the category and hours when submitting your listing.
You provide quiz questions and answers during submission. Learners must pass to receive their certificate. The passing threshold is set per-listing.
